PHYS 860 students completing fabrication projects at NFK

PHYS 860 is a graduate course in Micro/Nanofabrication offered each Winter term to graduate students across several departments in Arts & Science and Engineering. A major part of the course is the fabrication project, where small groups of students work together to plan a liftoff process, design devices, and fabricate them at NFK. As usual, the students this year did a great job, and more importantly, had a lot of fun!
